Terms of Service

By accessing and using Coderstream's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

These terms apply to all users of the service, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

• Maintain and promptly update your account information

• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access

• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Coderstream provides custom software development, consulting, and related technology services:

• Web and mobile application development

• Backend systems and API development

• Cloud solutions and infrastructure

• Software consulting and technical advisory

All deliverables and timelines will be outlined in individual project agreements.

Ownership of intellectual property varies based on the service agreement:

• Custom Development: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership as specified

• Pre-existing IP: Coderstream retains all rights to pre-existing code and frameworks

• Open Source: Components remain subject to their respective licenses

• Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to showcase projects unless otherwise agreed

Payment terms are specified in individual project contracts:

• Project deposits: Usually 30-50% upfront before work begins

• Milestone payments: Based on project phases and deliverables

• Final payment: Due upon project completion and approval

Late payments may incur interest charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue balances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coderstream shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

• Service interruptions or delays beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the service agreement under these conditions:

• Mutual written agreement

• Material breach of terms by either party

• Failure to make payment as agreed

Upon termination, you must cease using our services. We may delete your data 30 days after termination.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information:

• All business information and trade secrets must be kept confidential

• No disclosure to third parties without written consent

• Confidentiality obligations survive for 3 years after termination

Exceptions include publicly available information or information required to be disclosed by law.
